To,

The Principal,
ST.Claret School, Borjhar GHY,
Dear Sir,
We the parents of class IX of your school would like to draw
attention on few points regarding teaching procedure and
examination process. The points are mentioned below.
1. We observed that the majority of the questions included in
the Unit Test 1 Mathematics paper were not at all been
practiced or given clues by the teachers in any of the
sections, but similar questions were done in
“Mr.M.Rahman's” private tuition class, according to
the pupils. Does this indicate that our children must take a
tuition lesson from him in order to pass?
2. In a topic as essential as Chemistry, the subject teacher
“Miss Chaiki” simply reads the chapter's dictation and
never has discussed or explained a chapter in depth. If
pupils had any doubts, they were told to look it up on
Google.
3. Other subject teachers sometimes even promote their
Tutorials in class as well. Such low-cost marketing conduct
is unacceptable in a school setting.
4. We've also noted that the Question paper's printing
quality isn't up to par. Any student who has a minor
difficulty with reading will have a significant problem.

5. It has also been observed that no revision exam, class test,

or surprise test (written) has been conducted, as is usual in
all reputable schools, and as a result, students in class IX are
not taking the class seriously, causing their results to suffer.
Only a few teachers seem to help out the students. We also
feel that school is focusing more quantity than quality.
Sir, we therefore humbly request you to take the issue
seriously and improve it soon.
Regards,
Class IX Parents
