DESIGN & MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE

Q4 Designs New York, NY
Senior Designer & Head of Costco/BJ’s Division Mar 2022 - Current
• Led the creative direction for Snozu - in-house kid's outerwear brand. Carried out a comprehensive brand reset that included packaging, labeling, and
design aesthetic.
• Set the creative direction for all in-house sportswear brands for Costco & BJs in both boys’ and girls’ categories. This included working with leading brands
such as Reebok, DKNY, Volcom, Prince, Steve Madden, and Jessica Simpson, catering to a wide range of sizes from newborn to big kids.
• Directed the design and development of the complete line for Spyder Baby Outerwear and Sportswear as part of a new brand licensing partnership for Q4
Designs. My responsibilities included setting trend direction, identifying key silhouettes, and delegating tasks to internal design teams. Successfully
launched Spyder Baby Outerwear in Costco, which led to securing a record-breaking 200,000-unit order - the largest order across all retailers.
• Achieved significant expansion of the Costco sportswear business from a single item to a four-item range, with an increase in orders from 50,000 to
250,000 units. This success was driven by diversifying into new categories such as Steve Madden knit & denim dresses, Volcom Swimwear, and DKNY
woven sets. Additionally, I spearheaded the launch of the first baby sportswear item for Q4 Designs in Costco Stores, leading to growth in a new category.
• At BJ's, I elevated and improved the product offering with a brand reset for Reebok Kids Sportswear across both boy and girl categories, which positively
impacted sales and brand perception. Drove a 50% order increase in Men’s/Ladies Robes with Berkley Jensen Private Label.
• Managed a dynamic team of designers, fostering a creative and collaborative environment. Collaborated cross-functionally with merchandisers, product
developers, and sourcing teams, ensuring that designs met cost and production parameters.
• Conducted ongoing market research of emerging trends in the kid's apparel sector, informing design strategies and maintaining the competitive edge.
