1. INTRODUCTION
ADNOC Gas Processing Habshan Gas Complex is located about 150kms south west of Abu Dhabi
City, which consist of facilities to process associated and non-associated gas to produce mainly
NGL and sales gas & other products.Al Maha camp is the residence complex fo all ADNOC GAS
PROCESSING staff working in Habshan 5 & Sulphur plant.
Inorder to enhance facilities in Al-Maha camp, new substation with 415V switchgear system and a
senior mess hall is proposed in the same area. This project is to provide Electrical, Telecom &
HVAC services in the proposed Substation & Senior mess hall.
Proposed new 415V switchgear in substation 4 is intended to be constructed in Al Maha Camp to
integrate the new facilities of new senior mess hall, multipurpose hall,football ground,Basket ball
court & Al Ghadeer Majilis etc.
New senior mess hall is intended to be constructed in Al Maha camp as main dining area for AGP
senior staff.The building shall consist of dining area,BBQ area,Parcel room, cold kitchen, hot
cooking area etc.

2.SCOPE:
PART A
*Supply,Inspection,installation, testing & commissioning of electrical system pertaining to the
415V Switchgear, Lighting, earthing system of substation 4 in Al Maha Camp.Also the lighting
system for football ground, basketball ground and power source for SMDB of Multipurpose hall &
Ghadeer Majilis.
*Supply,Installation,testing & commissioning of new Telecom systems in Al Maha camp
substation 4, Football & Basketball ground and integrate it with the existing system also
*Supply,Installation,testing & commissioning of new Fire Alarm system in Al Maha camp
substation 4 and to integrate it with the main existing fire alarm panel
PART B
*Supply, Inspection, installation,testing & commissioning of electrical,telecom & hvac system
pertaining to the senior mess hall in Al Maha Camp.
