• Take a moment to jot down your limiting beliefs
• Identify the ‘strongest’ ie ‘most’ limiting belief
• Note what this belief stops you from doing –
evaluate the cost
• Ask yourself: Do I want to believe this anymore?
• Find times/ examples of when you acted against
this belief and note them, acknowledging that you
can create flexibility if you want to

do you want to believe instead? Heaviest rock/
• Imagine a future time/ situation when you are ’strongest’
living this belief – step fully in and ‘see’ what you’re limiting belief
