Future Progressive

WILL BE + V(ing)

The future progressive is a form of the verb that shows that the action will be in progress
at a given time, or at some given period, in the future.

Examples:

Tomorrow at 8 o'clock James will be cleaning the house.

James will be cleaning the house every morning.

At ten o'clock tonight she will be meeting her boyfriend

Often used together with the Simple Present

Ex: James will be cleaning the house when I arrive.

He will be shouting until he gets tired.

When he comes, she will be waiting. 

Keywords:

 Next month, day, week, etc.

USES

 Events in progress in the future.


Ex:
I´ll be studying for my test tomorrow at this time.

 Simultaneous actions in the future.


Ex:
During the class, I´ll be asking questions, and my classmates will be taking
notes.
 Interrupted actions in the future
Ex:
My friends will be waiting for me when I am in exam.

 To ask questions politely about the future


Ex:
Will you be bringing your sister to house tomorrow?

 To emphasis of future plans and intentions.


Ex:
Andres and Mary our friends will be visiting us tomorrow.

Structures

Contractions

Contractions can also be used in the negative form between the subject pronoun and 'will'.

I will not = I'll not

We will not = We'll not

We commonly use contractions for the future continuous tense

Ex: I'll be meeting friends.

He won't be working.
Complete with future Continuous.
