Hearing comprises one of the five senses of the human being, this
implies the ability that we have to hear noises and has no relevance if
we understand those sounds. On the other hand, listening occurs when
these sounds make sense and then we understand it.

Learners are a class of 17-year-olds studying general English. They are currently at B1 level.
• I consider that it is an excellent activity for this type of students because they will
be able to practice different important skills such as inference, detailed
information, interpreting, etc. and the knowledge they have together with their B1
level will be able to do it.
