We performed this activity as a part of University project under the leadership of Dr.
Ayesha Younas. The group was leaded by Faizan Mukhtar.

We executed our task by divide and conquer rule, by following the tasks given below:

1. started compagin and spread our mission.

2. Encouraged people to donate and share the mission.

3. Collected funds

4. visited schools in rural areas and collect data.

5. Estimated funds and made " to do list"

6. Made gift packs.

7. Distributed gifts

We started firstly from spreading our idea of helping deserving students of rural areas, those who
cannot afford basic needs of education such as sweaters and stationary. Then after motivating
students we started collecting donations and managed to collect a sum of about 27,200/-. We
visited the nearest Govt. school located in 87 SB. We introduced our idea with the school
HEADMASTER. We made gift packs containing stationary (pencil, eraser, pencil sharpener,
scale and pouch) and sweater for 50 deserving students.

We went there with the help of transport provided by superior university under the
supervision of Sir Haroon, on Friday December 09, 2023.
