The land was registered on July 15, 2005 as homestead Title and reconstituted on January 30,2013 with the Hairs of Fausto and
Isaac Dela Cruz, Part-1 under the name of Fausto and Part-2 is Isaac and respectively included the land of Mr. Abraham Adriano
for the entrance and access road with the total area of 335,241 Square Meter ( 33.5241 HA ), The entire land is considered as
composite with a low contour slopes and valley and at a high ridge with a line/border of white limestone , 2-natural caves at the
portion of stones and forest and fertile soil good for agricultural purposes at the low areas near at the small river.
Part of the valley and low areas are already develop as Agricultural purposes planted with vegetables and Trees and considered
