HOUSING CONTRACT FOR RIKKYO UNIVERSITY
SPECIAL INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS

下記の記載事項をよく読み、入学システム上の同意ボタンをチェックして提出してください。提出後のキャンセルはできません。

Please carefully read the rules and policies outlined in this document below and check the “I agree” box on the online application system. Note that

cancellation will not be accepted after your submission.

1. 入居契約期間は、2023 年 3 月 22 日から 2023 年 7 月 31 日までとし、最終月は契約期間満了日までに必ず退寮します。

I agree to rent this accommodation from March 22, 2023 to July 31, 2023, and to move out by the last date of the contract period.

2. 寮に係わる費用は、指定された方法で必ず指定された日までに支払うことを約束します。また、そのような場合においても一度納入された費用は原

則として返金されないことに同意します。

I agree to pay the expenses concerning the dormitory by the due date through the designated way. I also agree that I am not entitled to

receive a refund on the expenses once I complete a payment.

3. 契約期間中に１ヶ月以上不在の場合も、その月の公共料金等は全額支払います。また、寮費は返金されないことに同意します。

I agree to pay the utilities and other necessary fees for full month even if I am absent from the dormitory for more than one month during

the contract period. I also agree that the dormitory fee will not be refunded in such a case.

4. 契約期間中に退寮する場合は、すみやかに立教大学国際センターに連絡し、退寮に必要な手続きをとります。またその場合も、上記の契約期間中の

寮費は変わらず発生することに同意します。

I agree to notify the International Office immediately to take necessary procedures if I move out of the dormitory during the contract

period. It is still my responsibility to bear the full amount of the dormitory fee for the contract period specified above.

5. 入居規則及び各寮の個別の規則を遵守し、万一この規則を破り国際センターから退寮を求められた場合は、すみやかに退寮します。また、入居規則

によらず、日本国の法律に違反した場合、他の居住者や近隣住民の健康や安全、福祉、平穏な生活を脅かす行動が認められた場合も、国際センター

の判断により退寮処分に課せられることがあることに同意します。そのような場合においても、上記の契約期間中の寮費は変わらず発生することに

同意します。

I agree to comply with the regulations of the dormitory and move out immediately without any complaints in case I violate the

regulations and receive the request to move out of the dormitory by the International Office. I also agree that I shall move out of the

dormitory when I violate the Japanese law or the International Office acknowledges any conduct or existence of such conditions that

would reasonably affect the health, safety, well-being or peace of the other residents or neighbors. It is still my responsibility to bear the

full amount of the dormitory fee for the contract period specified above even if I move out in the middle of the contract for such reasons.

6. 寮の建物や設備等については、現状のまま使用します。また、寮の建物や設備等を破損させたときは修理に必要な金額を支払います。

I agree not to make any alteration, addition, or redecoration to the dormitory building or facilities. When I cause any breakage to the

building or facilities of the dormitory, I shall bear the total cost of repair or replacement.

7. 地震、火災等のやむを得ない理由で寮が使用できなくなった時は、大学に対して損害賠償その他の請求を行わないことに同意します。また、盗難等

の事由により損害を受けた場合、賠償責任を問わないことに同意します。

I agree not to demand compensation from Rikkyo University for moving out of the dormitory due to unavoidable circumstances such as

an earthquake or a fire. I also agree that Rikkyo University will not accept responsibility for the theft or other loss of money, valuables, or

personal effects from the dormitory.

8. 退寮に際しては、管理会社の指定する業者により入寮居室の原状回復を行うことに同意し、それに要した費用を払います。

I agree that the company designated by the management company will carry out the restoration after my move-out and I shall bear the

cost for the restitution of my dormitory room to its original state.
