For whom it may Concern Reference SP Madlala for Learnership For Unemployed People
I, the undersigned, in my capacity as a lecturer as well as the supervisor of the thesis of Ms. SP Madlala, Student No.
202005545, am honored to write a testimonial letter in support of the application for his participation in the
Learnership For Unemployed People
Ms. Madlala illustrated good administrative skills when she was still a first-year student, first as a tutor for first-
year mathematics and accounting students and later as the tutor coordinator, managing about 7 tutors with
appointments, monthly claims, monthly progress reports, and liaising with lecturers and students on all tutorial
activities.
Ms. Madlala has a pleasant personality, a positive outlook on life, a willingness to sacrifice, and a sincere
attitude. She originates from a very humble background and has always shown gratitude and perseverance to
overcome, but also to support other students and peers. Giving me the opportunity to be part of this would be a
great privilege for me and for my career path, as it would give me the opportunity to interact with policymakers
and with young scholars from other countries in sharing ideas on future economic research, particularly on
topical issues such as poverty, wealth, and income distribution. I am honored to be her supervisor, and I can
gladly attest that it is a positive and uplifting experience to work with him, to publish with him, and to see his
fast upward trajectory of growth and development, as a person and as a logistician.
