CERTIFICATE OF UNDERTAKING

This is to certify that I, Jala, Ross Sacal, of legal age,single/married/ presently

residing at Patag, Cagayan de Oro City , and a newly appointed Jail Officer 1, hereby
explicitly and impliedly agrees to be assigned in any region as may be determined by
the Jail Bureau in the interest of public service. Further, I shall render a minimum of
five (5) years in the region where I will initially be assigned.
