We, Rufino Galo Bosque Jr., of legal age, Filipino and a resident of Tam-is, Maasin City;
Lope Galo, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of Tam-is, Maasin City; Pedro Galo Quirong, of
legal age, Filipino and resident of Tam-is, Maasin City; Beato Galo Romero, of legal age, Filipino,
and resident of Sto. Rosario, Maasin City and Simporiano Galo, of legal age, Filipino and a
resident of Tam-is Maasin City, do hereby APPOINT, NAME and CONSTITUTE, RODRIGO
VERGEL GALO, likewise of legal age, married, and a resident of Abgao, Maasin City, Southern
Leyte as our true and legal representative to act for and in our name and stead and to perform the
following act/s:

1. To institute/appear/process in our behalf any civil/criminal action/mediation/hearing and

whatever paper clearances related thereto regarding a parcel of land declared in the name
of Macaria Layola under Tax Declaration No. 18465 with an area of 2,331 sq.m.,located
at Tam-is, Maasin City

2. To execute, sign and authenticate necessary document/s or papers to carry out the
purpose aforesated upon terms and conditions acceptable to our Attorney-in-fact.

HEREBY GRANTING unto our representative full power and authority to execute and
perform every act necessary to render effective to do the above described act/s, as though we
ourselves, have so performed it, and HEREBY APPROVING ALL that he may do by virtue
hereof with full right of substitution of his person and revocation of this instrument.
