Multi Skilled Equipment Operators

In April 2016, DP World Limassol was awarded a 25-year concession to exclusively operate the multi-purpose
and Cruise terminals in Limassol commencing February 2017. The terminal's activities, comprising of three
multi-purpose quays, include break-bulk, general cargo, Ro-Ro, Oil & Gas services and the brand-new cruise
terminal.

We are looking to recruit Multi Skilled Equipment Operators to join the Operations team, with the main
responsibilities as below:

• To carry out cargo handling duties, to meet the requirements of customers in a safe and efficient manner
• Subject to training and skills, you will be expected to operate all plant machinery and vehicles in the termi-
nal, to move cargo and containers accurately and safely within the Port as required
• Conduct pre and post operational safety checks on all equipment and report as required
• Perform tally duties to record cargo using the terminal operating system, as and when required
• Be part of a team of skilled equipment operators involved in safe discharge or loading of cargo

The successful candidates will have the following:

• Knowledge and/or license for Forklift, Crane, Truck, or other relevant equipment operations, as well as a
clean driving license
• Previous experience in the port or similar industry will be considered an advantage, but not required as
training will be provided to the successful candidates
• Good computer knowledge and use of tablets
• Ability to work at heights and perform manual handling duties
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Good knowledge of Greek and basic knowledge of English
• Flexibility with the ability to work shifts and overtime when required.
