HYDRAULIC PILING FRAME

J.1 Supply and transport to site adequate and approved mobile
Hydraulic Piling Frame at least 2 sets to drive the following
sizes of Precact Concrete Spun Pile. Rate to include
excution of the piling works and movement of frame from
point to point, removal of rejected piles, idling time, dismantling
and demobilise from site on completion and providing
competent personnels in recording and keeping piling records.
(Rate shall be inclusive of mobilising and demobilising
of all other plants and personels required for the
execution of the piling works :

Type of Hammer: Hydraulic

Hammer Weight: Min 2.5 tonne L.Sum

LOAD- TEST

J.2 Provide all equipment, hydaraulic jack, deflection gauges,

kentledge, temporary staging, etc and conduct initial static load
test an initial test pile size 250mm diameter to a vertical load
test of 900KN including all extra cost before commencement
of main piling works No 1

J.3 Ditto for test successive static load test No 3

J.4 Carry out pile driving analyser (PDA) test on 250mm diameter
pile complete with all necessary preparation for installing
transducers, setting up the necessary equipment and monitoring
by experience personnel. Nos 20

PILING RECORD
J.5 Allow for submission of piling records including original
copy of piling records to the Engineer. Rate to include
for preparation of 'as built piling layout drawing. L.Sum

J.6 Preparation and submission of as built piling layout drawing
