Case Study: SEL Price Ticket Re-Size

Upon a store visit with the client it was apparent that the SELS – Wild Bean Café
Pricing tickets were too big for the shelf stripping where they were now being
housed.

Historically the pricing tickets had been put in individual wooden holders so suited
the larger size of 45mm x 80mm and heavier material – 300gsm Silk Paper. Over
time the wooden holders have been phased out and the tickets housed in the
shelf stripping instead. The tickets are then too tall by 5mm and so we reduced
them by 5mm and also changed the material to 200gsm Silk as well.

Whilst making these changes the client then looked at double siding the SELs
where possible so that one side shows the lower price and the other the higher
price which makes them even more efficient for sites.
