The following is the production process of paper cups:

STEP 1:
Hot drink
CHOOSE YOUR CUP SIZE AND TYPE

Hot drink using single PE coated paper.

Single-sided PE coated paper means PE only coated inside
cup.

Cold drink

Cold drink using double PE coated paper.

Double PE coated paper means PE both coated inside and
outside cup.
Cold drink use double-sided PE coated paper, when you
use single PE coated paper to cold drink, the water mist
will adhere to the outside of the cup and invade the paper
without PE coated and soften the cup.

You need to do a market survey in your country and your local market to see which size and type of paper cups are
popular in your country, and then purchase machines according to market research and customer needs. Because different
cups require different machines and moulds, they must be locked accurately.
Some Knowledge About PE Coated Paper
1)Paper cup is all making by PE coated paper.
2)Single-sided PE coated paper means PE only coated inside cup.
3)Double-sided PE coated paper means PE both coated inside and outside cup.
4)Hot drink use single-sided PE coated paper.
5)Cold drink use double-sided PE coated paper, when you use single-sided PE coated paper to cold drink, the water mist

10)PE coating weight: refers to the weight of PE on the 1 square meter base paper. Generally speaking, the weight of the
single-sided PE coated paper is 12-20 grams, and in china 14 grams are mostly.
11)PE coated paper weight: 1 square meter PE coated paper weight, we often say how many grams of coated paper,
refers to the weight of the original paper plus the weight of the coating.

STEP 2:
KNOW MACHINE OPTIONS AND BUY

4. With heat sealing system or Ultrasonic sealing system.(Ultrasonic sealing system need more US$1000)
Remark:
Single-sided PE paper is heat sealing system suitable.
Double-sided PE paper need ultrasonic sealing system to help sealing stronger because thicker than single PE paper.
Ultrasonic sealing system can both sealing single-sided PE coated paper and double-sided pe coated paper.
If you are new in the filed, we suggest
1) You need to do a market survey in your country and your local market to see which size and type of paper cups are
popular in your country, and then purchase machines according to market research and customer needs.
Because different cups require different machines and moulds, they must be locked accurately.

2)We do not recommend a machine to produce paper cups of different sizes by replacing multiple moulds. Because a size
requires a mould. We recommend one machine for one size. If you don't have enough budget for one machine for two
sizes, you can.
First, because of the large amount of paper cups, once you receive an order, maybe a size cup, your machine will need to
keep working for a long time to complete.
Secondly, the profit of paper cups comes entirely from quantity. Only when the machine is turned on, you can make the
ideal profit. Changing moulds is waste of time. If several sets of moulds are exchanged, the production time will be less
and the profit will be less,Not even a profit.
Third,It is very troublesome to replace the mould of cup machine, and it needs to be debugged after the replacement is
completed. We recommend that new customers who have no experience buy the machine. For inexperienced people, it is
unrealistic to produce cups of several sizes by replacing moulds on a machine. It's better to have a size, a machine.

3)Remark:
brother, if you can buying shaped paper fan and sliced paper, we suggest you need paper cup making machine only.
if you only can buy PE coated paper roll, we suggest you need also buy paper printing machine and paper punching
machine(Die-cutting machine) and paper slitting machine from us.
