    - please check-in on time - harap check-in tepat waktu
    - max luggage 15 kg (included suitcase & backpack) - max barang bawaan 15 kg (termasuk koper & ransel)
    - please don't bring plastic hand luggage - mohon tidak membawa barang bawaan menggunakan kantong pastik (tentengan)
    - forbidden to bring food/ fruit with strong smells into the Seaplane - dilarang membawa makanan/ buah berbau tajam ke dalam Seaplane
    - no eating on the Seaplane - dilarang makan di dalam Seaplane
    - forbidden to be too active in talking to guests, to minimize inconvenience - dilarang terlalu aktif berbicara dengan guest, untuk meminimalisir ketidaknyamanan
    - always let guests into the seaplane first - selalu biarkan tamu masuk ke seaplane terlebih dahulu
    - staff harus keluar dari seaplane terlebih dahulu dan menuju sisi sebelah kanan
    - staff must out of the seaplane first and head to the right side of the exit door

    - prohibited from activating communication/electronic devices on the Seaplane - dilarang mengaktifkan alat komunikasi/ elektronik di dalam Seaplane
    - fasten seat belts throughout the trip - memasang sabuk pengaman sepanjang perjalanan
    - pay attention to sneezing/coughing etiquette (cover your mouth with elbow) - perhatikan etika bersin/ batuk (menutup mulut dengan siku)
    - there are no toilets on the Seaplane - tidak ada toilet di dalam Seaplane
