一、 Product introduction

1. Product appearance and requirements

1.1. Product dimensions: see product dimensions1.
1.2. Product surface treatment: chrome-plated, satin nickle,black, gold, antique bronze
1.3. Product surface requirements: The product surface is clean without obvious surface defects.

2. Material requirements
2.1. Material of wading metal parts: the main body is made of zinc alloy, the inner core of the main
body is made of PPO, the base is made of ABS, and the material of the elbow and spout is SS304.
2.2. Material of wading rubber parts: The material of rubber parts is NBR (NSF).
2.3. Other wading materials: the plastic pipe is made of PE.
3. Conditions of use
3.1. Inlet water source temperature: 5°C-65°C
3.2. Working environment temperature: 0°C-50°C
3.3. Applicable water pressure: 0MPa-0.8MPa
3.4. Applicable water inlet pipe interface: 1/4", 3/8"

4. Technical requirements
4.1. Flow requirements: When the flow pressure is 0.1±0.02MPa and the valve core is fully open, the
flow rate of the faucet is ≥2L/min.
4.2. Tightness: Apply a static water pressure of 0.6-0.8MPa from the water inlet to ensure that the
product has no internal or external leakage.
4.3. Cartridge life: The valve core switch life test is ≥150,000 times under the flow pressure of
0.4±0.02Mpa water pressure, and water leakage is not allowed.
4.4. Water hammer: Under the cyclic pressure of 0-1.04MPa, there is no leakage or deformation after
100,000 times of water hammer test.
4.5. Salt spray test: After a 72-hour neutral salt spray test, the metal parts have no rust and obvious
corrosion after the test.
4.6. Static pressure test: keep the pressure for 20 minutes under 2.0MPa water pressure, and the
product has no leakage;
4.7. Burst test: 4 times the maximum working pressure or 2.76MPa (400psi), there should be no
damage or leakage during the test.
4.8. The handle must be aligned, and the angle deviation is within ±3°, and the opening and closing
are smooth without jamming and friction.4.9. Under the pressure of 0.4±0.02MPa, the outlet water
of the elbow is cylindrical, and there must be no water leakage.
5. Packaging and labeling
5.1. Products should be placed in packing boxes in a certain quantity, and the product number,
drawing number, quantity, production date or marking should be marked on the outside of the
packing box, and the packaging should have reliable anti-collision measures.

6. Transportation and storage6.1. Avoid moisture, rain and pollution during transportation. Handle
with care to prevent damage to the package.6.2. The product should be stored in a ventilated, dry and
cool place.

First insert the ¼ PE pipe and the 3/8

Install the accessory kits under the

countertop one by one, and screw the
small 1/4 copper core knob to the

tightening, the half-open spacer
should be completely compressed, and
the faucet should not be loose.

Screw the straight-through joint onto

the screw, insert the PE pipe, and
