This document provides troubleshooting guidance for various POST failure defect codes that may occur, including recommended steps to verify connections, replace components, and measure voltages to isolate the cause of the failure. Contact information is also included for additional support. The troubleshooting steps aim to methodically rule out potential causes in order to efficiently diagnose and resolve the POST failure.

1)Reference TP-00221, 2)Verify Analog Power cable is MAL Mux Amp Loop Error fully seated. 1)Reference TP-00221, 2)put array in service mode - run startMaverick & take an exposure (this will only be able to be done on bench test stations) see which die is GDL Gate Driver Loop Error causing the problem send to 10k for rework. HV0 HV Ramp Down 0 1)Replace EHVPS Assy. 1)Disconnect TFT HV from HVPS - reboot - if Cycling recovers investigate HV Tabs for Delam., if failure 15 Cycling with + / - .15% Failure continues replace EHVPS Assy.
1)If reading 0.0xxxmA -Replace Analog bd. 2)If Reading
from 10 to 12mA - measure C272 & C15 on Analog bd. For 12V - Remove jumper from JP8 or JP9 & see if POST recovers - Hybrid/Die Replacement required. 3)If CH6 CH6 Regulator Failure reading above 15mA - investigate HV Tabs for Delam.

For 12V - Remove jumper from JP8 or JP9 & see if POST recovers - Hybrid/Die Replacement required. 3)If CH7 CH7 Regulator Failure reading above 15mA - investigate HV Tabs for Delam. 1)Verify there is no crimps on EHVPS wire harness or TFT HV wires. 2)Disconnect TFT HV from HVPS - reboot - if POST recovers replace EHVPS Assy.., if POST Fails verify signals coming from Hybrids onto Analog bd. - If all Passed investigate HV tabs for Delam. HVM HV Monitor Gain Failure 3)Verify Power from DC/DC to EHVPS Assy. 1)Verify that a PCB-00054 is installed & at Rev.002 - if D/A D/A Ref Voltage Failure Not Replace Analog bd. 2)Investigate 24V on DC/DC

POST Failure Trouble Shooting Guide 1)Verify Connections, 2)Verify no Shorts on El Panel, 3)Ohm sensor to verify no shorts 4)Verify no crimps or wires removed from crimps on cable harness, 5)Measure Voltage on K2 relay on DC/DC - pin1 EL EL Sensor On Failure (3.3VDC), pin6 (24VDC) if fail replace DC/DC CTF Configuration Table Failed to Load 1)Reload sequence - if Fail - Replace CPU bd. RVF Ref Voltage Failure 1)Investigate DC/DC for 24VDC AEC AEC Failure 1)Investigate CPU bd. 1)Measure Voltage on K2 relay on DC/DC pin6 (24VDC) - if fail replace DC/DC, 2)Replace Analog bd. (due to HVC High Voltage Control Failure possible buffer failure). 1)Investigate Cable harness connection 2)Reprogram PP PPP Link Failure sequence on CPU bd. - if Fail replace CPU bd. FS FET Stack Failure 1)Replace Fet switch OTH Other
