Pre-Bid Conference

 Purpose: The pre-bid conference shall discuss, clarify and explain, among other things, the
eligibility requirements and the technical and financial components of the contract to
be bid including questions and clarifications raised by the prospective bidders before
and during the Pre-Bid Conference.
o if ABC>=1,000,000.00 - BAC should convene atleast 1 pre-bid conference
o if ABC<1,000,000.00 - pre-bid may be conducted at the discretion of the BAC
o may also be conducted upon written request of any prospective bidder with the
approval of BAC
 held atleast (12) calendar days before the deadline for the submission and receipts of bids
 but not earlier than (7) calendar days from the PhilGEPS posting Invitation to Bid or
Bidding Documents
o and in the case of CONSULTING SERVICES from the determination of the shortlisted
consultants.
 May be conducted through:
 Person or face to face
 Videoconferencing
 Webcasting
 Or similar technology
 Or a combination thereof

Supplemental/Bid Bulletin - Decisions of the BAC amending any provision of the Bidding
Documents shall be issued in writing through a Supplemental/Bid Bulletin at least seven (7)
calendar days before the deadline for the submission and receipt of bids
