FINDINGS, CONCLUSIONS & RECOMMENDATION

A questionnaire consisting of twelve questions was distributed to thirty respondents of


Semester 4 undergraduate students from the Faculty of Architecture, Planning and Surveying
(FSPU). The demographic details were on gender, age, marital status and current CGPA
achieved by the respondents. Out of thirty respondents, 80 percent were males and 20 percent
were females. The respondents’ ages ranged from 21 to 25 years old and all of them were
unmarried. Most respondents (63.3%) were 22 years old. With respect to CGPA achievement, 17
students obtained a CGPA between 2.01 to 3.0. Meanwhile, 10 respondents obtained a CGPA
between 3.1 and 3.5 and the rest had their CGPA above 3.5. None obtained a CGPA of under
2.0.
4.0 FINDINGS & DISCUSSION

This chapter presents the results of the data analysis that fulfill the main purpose of this research.
The research objectives are achieved through the discussion of the findings. Demographic
information of the 100 respondents:

Pie Chart 1.0, 2.0 showed the demographic information of 100 respondents based on our
survey. This survey was distributed to the chosen respondents which are students of Bachelor
Estate Management in Uitm Seri Iskandar Perak. The respondents consist of 68 females and 32
males. Most respondents that fill up this survey are Diploma and Degree students.

Students. Figure 3.0 shows the results of the importance of communication skills among UITM
Seri Iskandar Students. In order to determine the importance of communication skills, there were
ten statements which were answered by the students. Based on the data, almost all the students
choose yes in each statement. As for the statement which is whether the students usually used to
the online shopping or not, the most popular answer that has been chosen from the students was
agree with a percentage of 90.8.%. 1.5% of them disagreed with the statements while the other
