    Student A

    1 Introduce yourself to your partner. Then listen to your partner


    introduce himself/herself to you. Describe one member of your
    family. What do they look like? What are they like? Then listen to
    your partner describe a member of his/her family.

    2 Report back to your teacher or examiner what your partner told you
    about his or her family. You start.

    3 Look at the images. Describe one of the images to your partner.


    Your partner has to guess which image you are describing. Then
    listen to your partner describe an image to you and guess which
    photo he/she is describing.

    4 With your partner, look at all the photos from exercise 3 again. For
    each photo, discuss what you think the personality of the person
    is like, their age, and what you think the person’s family and
    relationships are like.
