Is the job satisfaction more important than money?

Some people choose high paying jobs. Others prefer jobs they find satisfying even the
salary is low and no one has to force them to go to work. It is important to earn enough to
make a living. In my opinion, job satisfaction is more important than the size of the pay
package.
Firstly, I think, the feelings of satisfaction about what you have done brings many benefits.
For example, good emotions can affect to how active people work. Moreover, satisfied
employees play a vital role in creating a friendly work environment.
Secondly, I suppose satisfaction in job helps to reduce the stress and work pleasure for
everyone. For instance, people can live in a more healthy and safe society where the crime
rates are so low and people’s life expectancy gradually increases.
In conclusion, I deeply believe about what we want and expect from our job: Working for
passion and satisfaction. Feeling satisfied at work outweighs the importance of being well –
paid and finding happiness should be more easily if we are satisfied about what we are doing
at work.
