To provide prosthetics for children that are less fortunate and cannot afford to purchase prosthetic devices. To also improve
mobility and the ability to manage daily activities for the children.

The project requires collaboration with the company orthoEx in the design of the foot and the structure of the pylon. The
team and the company have agreed to the collaboration.

The project manager will organize weekly team meetings, have status reports ready for the executive sponsor bi-weekly
which will be sent via emails.
