year PT students that three students expressed
assisted in answered the same feelings when
questions from the talking to the groups.

about how the first year
of PT has been and how
adapting has been
challenging but worth it.
01/25/2023 1 hour Volunteer for MOVE As a volunteer I was I learned that being a
responsible for being an motivator during this
extra body to cheer on the class has a huge impact
community members that on the participants, and
participate in the MOVE volunteering helped see
class the use of exercise
prescription on neuro
patients.

03/07/2023 1 hour Volunteer at Karma Kat As a volunteer I Whenever I volunteer at

Cafe cleaned/disinfected karma kat café, I always
surfaces within the cat feel helpful because I
room, prepping it for know the owner has a lot
visitors to arrive of her plate and doesn’t
have the time to clean in
between her long to-do
list.
