NOTICE
Supplementary Examination (Even Semester) July 2023
Online Supplementary Exam Registration for Even Semester only
All students are hereby informed that Supplementary Examination (Even Semester) are scheduled from
7th July to 15th July 2023 in Online mode.

Students who have a backlog or wish to apply improvement in even semesters are hereby informed that
registration link will be enabled from 27th June 2023 to 30th June 2023 for “ONLINE
REGISTRATION & ONLINE PAYMENT OF FEE” for the scheduled supplementary examination.

NOTE:
1. A student must only register for a maximum of six (6) Theory courses for even semester
supplementary examination including improvement.
2. Registration through student portal must be done within the specified period only.
3. No further extension shall be permitted under any circumstance. No application will be accepted
in hard copy.
4. Without payment of fee, even semester registration will not be considered.
5. Students, who have graduated /CGPA criteria met / graduated after declaration of May 2023
examination results, will not be eligible for improvement examination in even supplementary
exam cycles.
6. Only even semester course registration will be considered. Do not register for odd
semester courses. If student register for odd semester courses and submit the fee for odd
semester, the fee will not be refunded, and registration of odd semester will be cancelled.

Communication on supplementary examinations of odd semester for final and pre- final
year students will be sent later.

7. Date Sheets of even semester supplementary examination will be uploaded on Student Portal
by July 3, 2023.
