“SAYANG”

Mateo 7:21-23

“Hindi lahat ng tumatawag sa akin, ‘Panginoon, Panginoon,’ ay papasok sa

kaharian ng langit, kundi ang mga tao lamang na sumusunod sa kalooban ng
aking Ama na nasa langit. Sa Araw ng Paghuhukom marami ang magsasabi sa
akin, ‘Panginoon, hindi po ba kami ay nagpahayag ng mensahe mula sa Diyos,
nagpalayas ng mga demonyo at gumawa ng mga himala sa iyong pangalan?’
Ngunit sasabihin ko sa kanila, ‘Hindi ko kayo nakikilala. Lumayo kayo sa akin,
kayong mga gumagawa ng kasamaan.’”

“Ano ang palagay ninyo rito? May isang taong may dalawang anak na lalaki. Lumapit
siya sa nakatatanda at sinabi, ‘Anak, pumunta ka ngayon sa ubasan at magtrabaho ka
roon.’ 29 ‘Ayoko po,’ tugon nito, ngunit nagbago ito ng pasya at nagtrabaho sa
ubasan. 30 Lumapit din ang ama sa ikalawa at ganoon din ang kanyang sinabi. At
tumugon ito, ‘Opo,’ ngunit hindi naman pumunta sa ubasan. 31 Sino sa dalawa ang
sumunod sa kalooban ng kanyang ama?”

“Ang nakatatanda po,” sagot nila.

Sinabi sa kanila ni Jesus, “Tandaan ninyo: ang mga maniningil ng buwis at ang mga
bayarang babae ay nauuna pa sa inyo na makapasok sa kaharian ng
Diyos. 32 Sapagkat naparito sa inyo si Juan at itinuro ang pagsunod sa kalooban ng
Diyos, at hindi ninyo siya pinaniwalaan, ngunit naniwala sa kanya ang mga maniningil ng
buwis at ang mga bayarang babae. Nakita ninyo ito subalit hindi pa rin kayo nagsisi't
tumalikod sa inyong mga kasalanan, at hindi rin kayo naniwala sa kanya.
