1. Operator cabin mounting Bolts Replacement

I. Begin by ensuring that the Crane is shut down and the operator cabin is completely empty.
II. Secure the cabin: Before beginning any work, use a crane or other lifting equipment to guarantee that the
cabin is securely lifted or supported. The highest priority should always be safety.
III. Identify the mounting bolts that must be changed. The mounting is situated in the corners and sides of the
operator cabin.
IV. Remove the damaged bolts: Carefully remove the old mounting bolts using the proper tools. Be cautious not
to damage the threads during removal. Take note of their dimensions and replacement requirements.
V. Clean the mounting points: Thoroughly clean the mounting bolt holes to remove any debris, any dirt, residue,
or old thread locking compound. This will help ensure a secure and stable connection.
VI. Install the new bolts: Insert the replacement bolts into the mounting points, making sure they are properly
aligned. Secure them with the appropriate nuts and washers, tightening them to the manufacturer's
recommended torque specifications. If provided, apply thread locking compound to the bolts. Tighten the
bolts gradually and evenly according to the torque recommendations.
VII. Double-check each bolt's tension to ensure it is firmly attached.
VIII. Inspect and test: Once the bolts are tightened, ensure that they are securely fastened and that the cabin is stable.
Give it a gentle shake or apply a light load to test the stability of the mounting.
2. Operator cabin Platform Repair

I. Examine the platform for damage, such as cracks or rusty sections.

II. If any cracks exist, use appropriate equipment to grind away any loose or damaged material. Make a
smooth surface for the repair. A visibly defective safety handrail is going to require the repair and re-
construction of the parts.

III. Thoroughly clean the affected area, removing any dirt or debris.

IV. Repair the damaged piece of the platform with a suitable metal plate.

V. Grind down the repaired area to produce a smooth finish when the broken component has fully cured.

VI. Paint and finish: After the repairs are finished, apply an appropriate paint or protective coating to the
repaired sections to prevent corrosion and keep the cabin's aesthetic appeal.

VII. Allow enough time for the coating or paint to dry before exposing the platform to normal use.
