Food safety and system manager application

I am hereby applying for the advertised position. I am currently stationed at

Festive chicken abattoir as an independent meat inspector, and I hold a national
Diploma in Environmental Health obtained at Tshwane University of
technology.

I have learned in great length as a health inspector within different sphere and
currently at the Abattoir, how strong work ethic can lead to success in leading
the abattoir toward what is required. Issues such as how to meet daily
operational needs according to the legislation, overcoming unique business
challenges, not limited to problem solving and lastly monthly Hygiene
assessment audit which are addressed with the ability to be a motivating leader.
