HANDBOOK
This handbook is a practical ‘how to’ guide to facilitate your
adoption and execution of successful programme
evaluations in technology-enabled learning environments. It
is helpful to evaluators, educators and anyone who engages
in the technology-enabled learning environments. After
engaging with this handbook, the recommended resources
and tools provided, you will gain complete understanding of
how to conduct high-quality programme evaluations in
technology-enabled learning environments. Whether you are
a novice or experienced programme evaluator, this
handbook provides guidance to facilitate the process of
ensuring and assuring that educational programmes are of
the highest quality.
