How to make a Sign of the Cross?

The priest and the people make Sign of the Cross in this way: they place their
left hand on their chest, holding the palm of the right hand turned toward
themselves, with all the fingers joined and held straight, they make the Sign of
the Cross by moving their hand from forehead to the chest and from left to
right.

What is the meaning of the Sign of the Cross on the forehead, lips, and heart during Gospel reading?
We make the Sign of the Cross during Gospel on The FOREHEAD to signify our
desire to meditate the Gospel in our mind; the sign on the LIPS our
commitment to preach it throughout out the world; and on the HEART, our
pledge to treasure it with love.
