(contents and conditions of contents of packages unknown) marked, consigned and destined as indicated above, which said carrier agrees to carry and deliver to the
said consignee at the said destination if on its own route, otherwise to deliver to another carrier on the route to said destination , subject to the classification and
tariffs each party at any time interested in all or any of said property, that every service to be performed hereunder shall besubject to all the conditions not prohibited
by law, whether printed or written. Including conditions on Specified Conditions of Carriage in at www.rollsright.ca, which are here agreed to by the shipper
and accepted for himself and his assigns. The carrier?s liability shall not exceed $100,000 (Cnd) for loss, damage or delay, inclusive of any consequential damages.

If a declared value is declared on the bill of lading, the higher value must be agreed to, in writing, by the carrier prior to the acceptance. For all declared value shipments
additional charges of 2% of declared value are required for supplementary insurance.

THE CONTRACT FOR THE CARRIAGE OF THE GOODS DESCRIBED IN THIS BILL OF LADING RESPECTING THE MOTOR VEHICLE ACT AND THE
SPECIFIED CONDITIONS OF CARRIAGE SET OUT IN SECTION 37.39 ARE HEREBY INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE AND ARE SET OUT ON
'TERMS & CONDITIONS' AT WWW.ROLLSRIGHT.CA.

In accepting this Waybill, the Shipper both on his own behalf and on behalf of the Consignee and the owners of the Goods,agrees to be bound by all the stipulations, exception
terms and conditions on this Waybill as well as the applicable published tariff and 'Terms & Conditions', as referred to at www.rollsright.ca.
