1. Maybe we should also have to look for facts whether it is true that the salary they get is basic
salary or maybe a bonus from performance so that the salary is bigger. and we must also pay
attention to whether our performance has brought value to the company. with the fact that we
can make a decision before discussing with HR.

2. Having studied the problem and discussed it with my staff, I propose to change the old team to a
new smaller team, so that they can cover the tasks left behind, while looking for new
employees. we can also categorize problems from the most important, so that we can remain
productive with surviving employees.

3. obviously we need to ensure that before making a decision. if that's the case, it means that the
company must provide skill training such as speaking English skills. because it is important for
those who have potential in their fields but are hindered by language barriers. Companies
should encourage employees by maximizing and developing employee skills so they can
progress.

4. I recommend hiring this editor, then we must create a comfortable working environment for
him. even though the furniture may be expensive, but what he is working on will be of high
