[Akta 318] dibaca bersama subseksyen 5(5), Menteri membuat kaedah-kaedah
yang berikut:

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 81 of the Strata Titles Act 1985 [Act 318]
read together with subsection 5(5), the Minister makes the following rules:
(2) These Rules are deemed to have come into operation on 1 January 2020.
