Our client is the world's leading internet entertainment service with 230 million memberships in
over 190 countries enjoying TV series, documentaries and feature films in a variety of genres and
languages.

They are now looking for an experienced Purchase to Pay Specialist to partner with their
Finance & Procurement Operations team at their Amsterdam office.

The perfect candidate for this role is someone who has a solid understanding of the P2P (purchase-
to-pay) workflow and is able to analyse large volumes of requests and transactions with high
accuracy.

Job Profile for Purchase to Pay Specialist

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

 Business Support - Own finance-related tasks:

o Review Contracts

o Create Purchase Orders

o Review invoices

o Vendor management

o Manage reporting

o Other tasks if and when assigned

 Accounting - Help facilitate a timely and accurate month-end close by owning the accrual
process and explaining variance drivers

 FP&A - Ensure accurate coding of expenses to provide meaningful reporting, help track
actuals to budget/forecast and communicate any expected variances

Candidate Profile for Purchase to Pay Specialist

 Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken

 Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or Finance
 3+ years of relevant Finance and/or Accounting experience with the general ledger
 Systems experience with Workday Financials, Anaplan and/or Tableau is a plus
 Experience with Purchase Orders, reviewing invoices, P&L vs. Balance Sheet for proper
coding, etc.
