Task 1: Cloud computing service models with diagram:


There are three cloud computing models: Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS),

Platform as a Service (PaaS),and Software as a Service (SaaS),IaaS provides


virtualised computing resources over the internet. PaaS provides a platform for
developers to build,test,and deploy application.SaaS delivers software
application over the internet.

IaaS Benefits: Bhardwaj et al.(2010) suggests IaaS stands on virtual infrastructure


for organisations.deploy wed applications to easily provision infrastructure for
customers demand.responsible for load balancing services to eases the process of
cloning apps on additional infrastructure instance

SaaS Benefits: waters (2005) suggested that Software as a service of SaaS


helps them evaluate a business a business case for where to use SaaS in
enterprise to manage the IT infrastructure that performing the software.
PaaS Benefits. Benedict(2013). Paas runs complete software services__ including
infrastructure,application servers, development tools, databases and storage.
Task-2: Services does the selected organisation offer today that would not be
possible without advancements in telecommunications
McDonald’s (fast food) would not be possible without telecommunication in their
restaurant, looking at it that particular service helps them so much.

Drive-thru service would not be possible without telecommunications.

Drive-thru service where customers can order food from their car at a McDonald’s
restaurant.

Krause(1988) suggests that McDonald’s and several suppliers of customers premise


equipment. McDonald’s selected an ISDN because because ISDN provides an architectural
blueprint which the corporation could base its long-term strategic telecommunication.

Positive impacts of telecommunications have had on the success of the


organisation
Looking into it telecommunication have had positive success on McDonald’s by making it so
much easier to communicate between different locations, managing inventory, and
processing order more quickly as it’s a very busy restaurant.

Negative impacts of telecommunications have had on the success of the


organisation
Negative impact that telecommunication have had on McDonald’s would that be it has
made it easier for customers to complain and share their negative experience online, which
can letter be damage on the company’s reputation.

Reputation’s so important by organisations


Task-3: How the key provisions of GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)
must be included for security and privacy of data in relationship to information
technology system.

Goddard(2017) suggests the key provision of GDPR that must be included for
security and privacy of that in relationship to information technology system
including data minimisation, consent, and transparency.
IT security and privacy measures for both hardware and software that every
organisation must implement.

e.g Chandra,Khan (2021) suggests that Hardware security measures include encryption and
access controls while software security measures include firewalls and antivirus
software.each and every organisation must be implementing these measures to ensure the
security and privacy of their data.
Task-4: Poster that provides a step-by-step guide to using mail merge for the
new business user.
