REFUTE:

Before we begin I will refute the oppose house. Well, I respect the proponent's
opinion, but we can’t ignore the fact that there are numerous studies that
contradict your affirmation. For example, If we analyze the situation in Perú,
we see that there are a number of people in the streets who are asking for
money without having to look for different solutions to stop being poor.

● According to the web page Netivist says that “Some argue that charity is an
"easy good" that gives us peace of mind but does not help changing the
systemic problems that cause inequality and poverty.” For this reason, we can
say that it is not necessary that rich people donate their wealth to poor people.

The obligation for the rich to donate to the poor to end poverty is not the most
effective solution. Simply forcing the wealthy to donate their wealth to the poor
does not help to finish main causes of poverty or give sustainable solutions. Poverty
eradication requires structural approaches such as job creation, education and
training access. These measures face the causes of poverty, in this way provide
opportunities for long-term economic growth and equality for people in the
society. Redistributing wealth without considering these factors may produce
temporary relief but fails to create lasting change. Truly winning the fight
against poverty requires coordinated implementation by government, charity
and society as a whole. To focus on inappropriate solutions instead of depend
in aid by rich, we can work for a more sustainable future for all. Poor people
have the obligation to put effort to have a employment.

- A recent study examined data from nine sub-Saharan African countries to

evaluate the performance of a common method anti-poverty programs use to
target poor people. It found that about half of the households selected by the
method were not poor, while half of the households that were actually poor
were not selected
- For one thing, it is often difficult to identify people who are actually poor
and need the money so that cash assistance can be given to the right people.
