    Start session Data Load 360 (bcrun9167m100).

    If no license available, you see only one option in


    “License DUU”. Select this option

    Which opens up the below screen. Enter the requested details. Requested End Date, is the date up to
    which you have intended to use DUU. Ideally after a month from Go-live date.

    Once the details are entered, use the option Download Request.

    Send the downloaded file “lic.req” to Prateen.Inavolu@infor.com & Senthil.Parameswaran@infor.com

    Once you receive back the license file, e.g., like lic-1489555258.

    From Data Load 360, again choose the option “License DUU”. Select the option “Step 2: Apply License
    File” and press the button “Apply License File”
    Choose the license file you received back from Infor. And say OK.

    Once successfully applied, you should get the below message:
