Q2.

Answer: To get the greatest and desired results for an organisation, need
analysis is required. We
must consider a number of variables and the people involved in order to do this.
Needs analysis
depends on the business and the trainees that were given to us. First, interview
the person
immediately in charge, the one we would be reporting to, such as the intern
coordinator or manager.
It is important to comprehend what the company expects its personnel to
accomplish after the
training and how that will help them.

The following will be the possible questions directed towards the company:
1. What is the immediate audience the company targets to?
2. What are the services provided?
3. Which countries do they provide services to?
4. What medium of communication do they prefer?
5. Is there a need for any other language?
6. What are your best sellers? Worst sellers?
7. Anything you consider your specialty?
8. Who are your current customers?
9. Could you describe your single biggest sales and marketing challenge?
10. What media do you currently use? Which do you use most often?
Specific questions about their medium of Interaction:
1. Are you advertising on the Internet?
2. What is your goal for your website? Branding? Direct response? Providing
information?
Building your customer database?
3. How pleased are you with your website's results?
4. What would you change about your Interactive efforts if you could?
Final questions:
1. Are there any other areas we should discuss before I begin to prepare some
detailed analysis
and recommendations based on today's meeting?
2. As I am collecting research on your industry over the next few days are there
any areas of
special interest to you that I should research as well?
3. Are there any other individuals involved in making marketing and advertising
decisions?
4. Do you have any advertising agency?
After knowing organisational needs a trainer must decide the task pattern to get
the optimum output
from executives. To train them, effective technology and techniques should be
selected. For example,
they have been appointed to sell the products, so a trainer should teach them how
to opt best
marketing strategies with effective language pattern along with other allurements
to sell the

products. In addition, everything should be weighed keeping both positive and

negative sides in
mind.
Trainer needs to know the trainees by conducting interviews in groups or
individually, to get an idea
about their potential. A group discussion may be conducted to understand an
individual's ability for
problem solving, reasoning ability and more. The trainer needs to understand the
existing knowledge
and abilities by presenting them with a questionnaire for individual assessment.
This is the questionnaire for individual trainees:
