TESTING & QUALITY (ANNEXURE C) :

Quality is at the core of our values. Every transfomrer is made with the best quality raw material, with best of process by best of
technicians. To prove our Quality we regularly get our transfomrers Type Tested from NABL Labs like CPRI & ERDA. Our
Transformers are successfully Type Tested upto 2500 kVA Energy Efficiency Level 3. We hold the BIS License No. CM/L -
9600006114 as per Govt. of India Notificiation for Distribution Transformers.

> We procure Raw Materials only from approved quality vendors, post rigorous inspection at the vendor’s works & on receipt at our works. High quality
grade Prime Imported CRGO, EC Grade Copper/Aluminum, Transformer

> We have our own CRGO Core Slitting & Cutting Plant. All CRGO are Prime Coils Directly Imported from the Manufacturer Mill. In case you require to
see the Original Mill Test Certificate kindly let us know.

> All Transformer Oil used is as per IEC:60296, Class “A” Insulation & high quality accessories are used, which increases the efficiency & life of our
transformers.

> Transformers are designed to provide maximum flux density, minimum Losses & requisite impedance. Grade of core is decided on the basis of No Load
Losses, Load Losses and Magnetization Current.

> Tank body is fabricated in house as per the requisite design & in accordance with the requisite internal clearances and permissible maximum
temperature rise. Every fabricated tank undergoes rigorous Pressure Testing/Vacuum Testing to ensure leakage free working.

> Following Routine Tests shall be conducted in house before dispatch of transformer as per IS 2026 & the same shall be mentioned in the Test
Certificate provided with the Transformer as per IEC 60076:

COMMERCIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:

PAYMENT TERMS: 30% advance along with order & the balance 70% against Proforma Invoice before dispatch of the transformer.

PACKAGING: Material is packed in standard plastic foil. In case hard packaging is needed the charges will be extra @ 3% of value.

DELIVERY: 30-35 days to dispatch from our factory from the date of Order/advance payment.

Transit Insurance @ 0.25% extra (Optional). Buyer needs to intimate us in writing/email before the dispatch for
availing Transit Insurance. In case the goods leaving our premises are not insured by the buyer by exercising this
TRANSIT INSURANCE:
option, then we are not liable for any damage to goods during the transit or any other damage arising during the
transit/unloading at the customer site.

OFFER VALIDITY: Offer is valid for 30 days.

24 MONTHS WARRANTY against any manufacturing defect from the date of supply under normal operating
conditions and proper use. 12 Months Warranty for OLTC, RTCC Panel or any Relay & Accessory as per &
subject to OEM Terms & Conditions.

Post Warranty period if the customer wishes to take up an AMC, the same can be provided at a nominal cost of
4.0% for 1st year & 5% for 2nd year post Warranty.
WARRANTY: Warranty covers the equipment only. We shall not be liable for any consequential loss or damages due to problem
/ failure of our equipment. In the event the equipment is required to be sent back to our works for repairs for any
manufacturing defects during the warranty period, the equipment shall be repaired by us free of charges, however
the to and fro freight charges and transit insurance shall be borne by the buyer. Defects of bought-out products
shall withstand warranty as supported by the manufacturer. Such defects shall be immediately intimated to the
manufacturer. Manufacturer's action / report shall be a binding. Warranty expires in case of operational error, lack
of maintenance accident (explosion / flooding / thunder / fire etc.) and theft etc. Details of Warranty Agreement
will be as per Warranty Certificate provided at the time of Dispatch.
Each transformer will be subjected to routine tests as per IS: 2026 before dispatch. We shall provide routine test
INSPECTION/ TESTS: results certificate along with the transformer.

We understand while buying a product / system from PVJ Power you are confidant of knowing its functionality,
features, Installation & commissioning, however within warranty period we shall render telephonic support on all
working days within office timings. Further onsite support/services within / without warranty for commissioning /
training / repairing shall be chargeable. To seek such services, the buyer should obtain a quote & release a job
order. Apart from Service Charges, To & Fro Travel, Lodging Boarding, Local Conveyance charges would be to your
account. You shall arrange for 2/3 tier AC train tickets or economy class Air tickets and onward travel convenience.
Commissioning of the transformer at site is not in our scope. We may provide supervision during installation. The
charges for providing a supervisor are included in the above price for 7 mandays provided you take care of the
travelling, boarding & lodging expenses of the Engineer.
Unloading at your site is not in our scope. Detention charges of the equipment for delay in unloading at site shall
be borne by the buyer.
Transformer technical particulars along with fittings and accessories are enclosed in this quotation. In case further
technical particulars are required kindly ask for the same.
Our offer is subject to standard force majeure conditions. The Seller shall have no liability for any failure to perform
or delay in or delay in performance of its obligations under the contract caused by "force majeure" event including
without limitation. In case of any of the force majeure, even the time for delivery shall be automatically
Disputes if any, subject to Nalagarh (India) Court Jurisdiction.
Should storage of goods be necessary owing to dispatch destination being delayed due to your instructions or lack
thereof or non-availability of transport facilities, the cost of such storage, demurrage and incidental charges at the
rate of 1% of the value of equipment ready for dispatch per week or part thereof, will be to your account and the
goods shall be stored entirely at your risk. In case of delayed payments, interest will be applicable/recovered
@24% p.a. on all due/billed payments.
We do not agree for any cancellation or reduction of order value, in part or in whole; once placed on us. We
reserve the right to claim/charge 30% of the total contract value or forfeit the advance if any if order is cancelled
within 10 days OR will claim/charge 100% of the total contract value if the order is cancelled after 10 days from the
date of PO. Apart from the above goods once sold or delivered it cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you place upon us a Purchase Order for Quoted item (regardless of the mentioning of this Quotaiton No. on your
Purchase Order), the Terms & Conditions mentioned in the Quotation will be binding unless specially mentioned
otherwise in the Purchase Order.
In case client requires Technical GTP & Drawing to be pre-approved, the same should be asked from us within 3
days of the placing of the order, post which any changes in the gTp & Drawing will not be possible as the
transformer has gone into produciton.
