Return & Refund policy

Please make sure to review your order in terms of colors and dimensions once received and before installation.
Since our products are personalized items and customized to your walls, returns are only accepted if the received product is not complying to dimensions, design to scale
and/or samples approved from your side. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
We have a 20-days return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at Wallys@wallyswallpaper.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping confirmation, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without
first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your item is complying to your approved design and/or sample and has no defects, product won’t be eligible for returns.
We also do not accept returns for installed wallpaper.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on
your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
