    Vice Mayor Bonifacio J. Virtudes, Jr. to refer to the SB Committee on Health the
    review of the LGU Jagna-Philos Health Memorandum of Agreement.

    Attached with this endorsement is a copy of Mr. Forrest Malakoff’s letter


    containing his comments/changes on the expired Memorandum of Agreement for
    inclusion in the new Memorandum of Agreement.
