TABLE SERVICE
Before leaving, the chef and his team will leave the
kitchen impeccably as well as the utensils and dishes
used during the experience. Enjoy a leisurely after-
dinner, knowing that the chef has taken care of

We have a Pastry Chef who can make you a
personalized cake, you can make combinations of
flavors or if you want to add a special ingredient she
can make it.
She can make from a traditional tres leches cake to a

Nájera
Chef José Luis Nájera began his career in the Axels
restaurant chain in Minnesota.
Worked as a chef for various restaurants in Mexico, like
the Santanera group in Riviera Maya where he shared
the kitchen with several nationally and internationally
recognized chefs.
He was the personal chef of some luxury villas in
Riviera Maya where he cooked for great personalities
such as Valentino Rossi, Dr. and writer Dean Ornish, Bill
Kreutzmann, Luke Bryan, Justin Bieber, Phish band,
Chip and Joanna Gaines, Christian Soto, Vanessa Kade
and the first lady of Mexico. Really loves to cook with
homemade flavors he pays tribute to his roots by
elevating his cooking style and creating complete
culinary adventures.

reproduced in Texas.
