Team Leader’s Address

Karisma Diana, the team leader welcomed all the commitee, service-learning
supervisor, Mr. Johan, as well as teachers of SK Lumba Kuda, Cikgu Masturi and
Cikgu Shamsiah. She highlighted the objective of the meeting was to handover
translator apps module and to thank the SK Lumba Kuda for their collaboration in
service-learning programme with Faculty Computer Science and Information
Technology (FCSIT).

Discussions/Notes
1. Mr. Johan started off the meeting by congratulating all the members for the
success of the workshop that had been held on the previous session and
thanking the teachers of SK Lumba Kuda for their willingness to collaborate
with UNIMAS. Before passing the meeting to the team leader, he informed that
the teachers would have to fulfil the evaluation form that we had prepared.

2. Team leader presented the homework done by the students which given on the
previous session, which is the translator apps. The students completed the task
well and the results were impressive. Next, team leader explained that the
module for the task given and all the other stuffs of the three visits will be sent
to the WhatsApp group. In addition, the team leader also informed the teachers
 that the link for the evaluation form also will be sent via WhatsApp. The deadline
to submit the form is on 24 December 2021.

3. The teachers of SK Lumba Kuda gave positive feedback for the workshop
conducted in the previous session. They praised the efforts given by the
committee members in teaching the students to create the mobile app game
using Thunkable platform which is something new for the students. They said
the students show interests in learning how build more app using the Thunkable
platform.

4. Before the closing, the team leader shared the experience gained from the
service-learning programme and gave summarization of all the three visits. Mr.
Johan and the teachers also shared their experience of handling the IT related
programme.

Closing
The team leader thanked Mr. Johan, all the commitee and schoolteachers of SK
Lumba Kuda for their participation during the meeting.

The meeting was terminated at 2.59 p.m.
