Introduction.

Emerging jobs for the future 2020-2030 are a topic of great relevance today, given the changes
happening in the job market. This topic addresses the jobs that are projected to be important for
the future and the challenges faced in the current work environment.

One of the biggest challenges is automation, which threatens to replace workers in many jobs.
This raises the need for a shift in skills and education required to perform the emerging jobs of
the future.

Regarding the emerging job opportunities for the future, there are ten jobs that stand out as the
most important. These jobs include, among others, data analysts, robotics and technology
engineers, artificial intelligence specialists, and healthcare professionals.
TOP 10 EMERGING JOBS FOR THE FUTURE (2020-2030).
All emerging jobs for the coming years have something in common, they all have to do with
technologies. 12% of the jobs we currently know will be replaced by automation in the not-too-
distant future. In the video we were able to see a list of the 10 jobs of the future, these are:

1. Data detective. 6. Cyber city analyst.


2. AI business development manager. 7. Genomic portfolio director.
3. Master of cloud computing 8. Full-slack software engineer.
4. Blockchain specialists. 9. Virtual reality manager.
5. Fitness commitment counselor. 10. Flying car developer.

21 million new jobs were created as direct result of new technologies.

Currently, jobs and opportunity systems face various challenges and vulnerabilities. These
include automation, globalization, economic instability, the growing skills gap, and lack of
employer flexibility.

It is important to evaluate each job opportunity for the future, taking into account market trends
and demands, and technological advancements. Evidence and analysis indicate that the most
promising jobs require digital, creative, social, and emotional skills, and those related to
healthcare and environmental sustainability.

To address these challenges, it is crucial to have a framework for work and organization that
considers business planning and continuity, worker training and development, diversity and
inclusion, innovation culture, and change management.

In this context, the most important jobs are those that have a positive impact on society and the
environment, promote equity and social justice, and foster creativity and problem-solving. Jobs
that are resistant to automation and have high potential for growth and development are also
important.

We must evolve and be able to make changes that introduce us to new technologies and the new
job market. We must be aware that we are in a new era and automation is imminent. We must
be progressive beings and fit into new labor trends. Opportunities in technology fields are getting
bigger every day, and it is time for us to update our skills.
Conclusion.
In conclusion, emerging jobs for the future are a topic of great relevance that requires careful
attention and proper planning. The challenges and vulnerabilities facing jobs and opportunity
systems today must be addressed to ensure the success of emerging jobs in the future. We must
not remain stagnant and must strive to learn more every day, develop our skills and stay on top
of new technologies.

It is important to note that each emerging job has its own challenges and vulnerabilities that must
be addressed to ensure success. This includes the need for an appropriate framework for work
and organization, business planning and continuity, and analysis and evaluation of success rates
for each job.
