POTENTIAL SCE COMMUNITY RESOURCE CENTERS

DURING PSPS EVENTS

During Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS) events, Southern California Edison uses Community Resource Centers and
Community Crew Vehicles to provide support to customers in areas most likely to experience shutoffs.

These locations provide customers with water, light snacks and, where available, access to restrooms and Wi-Fi.
Customers can also obtain updated outage information, sign up for alerts, update their contact information
and charge their personal mobile and certain portable medical devices.

Information regarding which locations are open and hours of operation is posted at sce.com/psps. SCE posts this
information one day before sites are expected to open, or as soon as site details are confirmed within this one-
day window.

Community Resource Centers

SCE has contracted with dozens of sites across high fire risk areas to serve as resource centers during PSPS events. Please
find a list below for all contracted sites. See sce.com/psps for a map of open locations during active events. Information
is posted one day before sites are expected to open, when possible.

Community Crew Vehicles

In addition to contracted sites, and to provide services to customers in more remote areas that cannot be served by the
contracted locations, SCE operates eight mobile units that provide similar services to customers. These vehicles are
staffed and deployed to locations based on weather conditions. See sce.com/psps for a map of open locations during
active events. Information is posted one day before sites are expected to open, when possible.

SCE complies with applicable COVID-19 guidelines provided by local and state health agencies.
