To help learners grow in confidence as they reflect on one of the
following: something I’m good at, something I love,someone who loves me,
my favorite things.

II. Concept: Self-confidence, Self-compassion and Empathy

III. MATERIALS: Paper, crayons, oil pastels or pentel pen
