1.3. Ensure activities are assigned with correct Calendars 
1.4. % Complete Type is set properly 

2.1. Uncheck “Use Expected Finish dates”. It should be OFF. 
2.2. “Retained logic” is ON 
2.3. Calculate Start-to-Start lag from “Early Start” 
2.4. Define Critical Activities as “total float less than or equal to “0h” 
2.5. Calculate float based on finish date of “each project” 
2.6. Computation of total float is set properly 
2.7. Calendar for scheduling relationship lag is predecessor activity calendar 

3.1. No activities without predecessors 
3.2. No activities without successors 
3.3. No activities with constraints (only project end) 
