TABLE OF COMPARISON FOR QLASSIC AND CONTRACT STANDARD SPECIFICATION – STRUCTURE WORKS

Summary : In General Qlassic were lack of detail measurement on quality control for structures works compare with JKR standard.
However, if the project client request to implement the Qlassic standard. Contractor shall require to fulfill the JKR / Qlassic minimum standard
which ever come 1st.
Objective:-
- The benchmark the quality of workmanship of the construction
- The standard quality assessment system on quality workmanship
- To assess the quality of workmanship based on relevant approved standard
- To use as a criterion to evaluate the performance of contractor based on quality of workmanship
- To compile data for statistical analysis.
