BACKGROUND

Education Background
Waigh Odras Estee Rohan is a Cyber Security degree student from Asia Pacific University of Technology
and Information and his current CGPA is 3.41. Based on his education background, his degree is much
related with the program - APU Certified Data Analyst Associate (ACDAA). He enrolled for this program
on 23 April 2022 and withdrew from the programme on 26 May 2022.

Attendance
Based on the attendance report, it is shown that the scholar only attended the first two classes,
Microsoft Azure Data Fundamentals on 11 May 2022, and Nurturing & Development class on 14 May
2022 that was held by Asia Pacific University of Technology & Innovation (APU).

Reason to Drop Offer

From the scholar’s perspective, Waigh Odras has a strong interest towards Peneraju Teknologi SPRINT
ACDAA programme, hence he decided to enroll for this programme. However, he finds that it is hard
for him to give his full commitment due to his mental health condition. He also has consulted with his
Programme Leader, Ts. Dr. Vinesha Selvarajah, APU’s Consultant, Ms. Emily Octavia Mathius and APU’s
Medical Consultant regarding his health issue and was advised to withdraw from the programme and
focus with the treatment in order for him to improve his heath condition.

The scholar also finds that it is best for him to withdraw from the programme and asking for Yayasan
Peneraju consideration to exclude him from the repayment.

Recommendation
Based on the findings, this scholar cannot give his full commitment to continue with the programme
and decided to withdraw due to his mental health issue. He also addresses that he wants to focus with
the treatment in order to improve his mental health condition and to finish his degree. EVO hope that
Yayasan Peneraju could consider his condition and exclude him from the repayment.
